We'll set up a Google Folder for you to insert your completed pre-site homework. This includes writing your website copy, taking & editing your brand photos, creating a Pinterest board of inspiration, with fonts and your chosen colour palette and putting together a wish list of everything you want to make sure we include on your website. We will also need your account logins.
(Please plan for up to 1-3 weeks of prep depending on your capacity.)

Typically, we start our custom websites on a Monday.
We will meet on Zoom to go over the content, copy and assets you have shared in your Google Drive, plus any Pinterest inspiration or wish list items you have for your website build.
We’ll discuss our ideas for your website build so that we can make sure we’re all on the same page and fully understand the scope of the project before starting on your custom website build.

We firmly believe you should be a part of the creative process too.

We’ll build your website in stages, starting with designing your homepage so you can get a feel for your website.
At the end of each week, you’ll receive a preview link to review our work.
This is an opportunity for us to show you our process so far, for you to provide feedback and to get excited by your website taking form.

After final review to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your new website we will link your domain to your Showit hosting so that your custom website is ready to launch.
The site will be handed over to you, with your custom launch graphics, passwords, resources and branding stored in your Google Drive for you to access. We offer 1hr Showit training & from there, it's time to celebrate!

WHICH EXPERIENCE WILL SUIT ME BEST?
Our starter package is for the entrepreneur who needs a custom build without the custom pricetag or timeline. It's a great fit for those who are at the start of their coaching or small business journey and in need of the perfect online home to establish themselves in their industry.
The Custom Website and mini-brand package is a perfect fit for the seasoned CEO. Your offerings are complex. You have multiple services, products, courses, events or other types of content that you want to feature. You don't have branding or need a refresh to match your new website.
Both packages have the option to add copywriting help, additional pages and other enticing extras, we can discuss the scope of your custom build on your discovery call.

WHAT PLATFORM WILL MY WEBSITE BE BUILT ON?
We use the hosting platform Showit to design and build your website.
Showit is a subscription-based platform, so you will need to sign up for a paid Showit hosting account ($19-39/mo.)
This subscription will cover your hosting cost and access to the Showit builder so you don't have to pay a second hosting cost to another provider. Everything is all-in-one!
You will provide us your login details and we will link your domain and hosting accounts ahead of launch.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS AND EDIT MY WEBSITE MYSELF AFTER IT’S BUILT?
We’ll get your website ready for launch, manage your website hosting, maintenance, SEO and can set up or carry over your Google Analytics.
All you have to do is rely on us to get you over the finish line.
From there, we always include 1-hour Showit training sessions to get you up to speed and can help you manage any ongoing needs for your website.
After handover we can be hired for £50 per hour to make any amends or updates you need.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL GET MY DESIGN STYLE / AESTHETIC?
We love creating unique, modern and feminine websites that are user-friendly and that stand out from the crowd.
However, we will always make sure the end product is reflective of your brand and caters to your ideal client.
Our collaborative, phased-approach is designed to ensure you are completely in love with your final product. We strategically build in steps to make sure we are in flow with your vision. You can expect plenty of Whatsap, Email and Zoom comms to weigh in throughout our creative process.

How long do we work together?
Most of our website design packages will have us work together for one to two weeks, but make sure to schedule some time in your calendar before our project starts to complete your pre-website homework.
We typically recommend planning 2-3 weeks for this process before your scheduled work week as you will need to plan for enough time to write your website content, organise your brand/personal images, and set up your domain/ Showit hosting account.
During your website build you should be available for approx 30 mins each week (Monday-Friday) to answer any questions we may have, review our work and provide feedback.
We believe in giving each website our full attention and personalising every part of the process, so we only take on 3-4 website clients every month. With that said, we usually book website projects anywhere from 2-4 weeks in advance so if you are thinking about wanting to explore a partnership, let’s talk about it early!

What does custom web design cost?
We believe website packages should be as unique as our clients and their websites.
While all of our packages can be customised, they start at £2,500 because of their value to you and your business as well as the amount of time and strategy we put into each client.
The best investments are made with ease and confidence so if that looks like splitting our package into payments, we’re more than happy to accommodate you. We require a 50% deposit to secure your project in our calendar and the last 50% after we have finalised your website.
