01. HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a kickoff call to review your content and brand assets, then move into a collaborative build phase where you’ll receive weekly preview links and provide feedback.
After final revisions, we launch your site, hand over all the assets and passwords, provide a one-hour training session on Showit editing, and you’re ready to go live.

A Custom Website is the perfect fit for the more seasoned CEO. Your offerings are complex. You have multiple services, products, courses, events or other types of content that you want to feature. Together we will create something fully bespoke and trust us when we say it will win you awards (it has done for past clients!)
Template customisation is for the entrepreneur who wants a quicker and cheaper approach. We'll still create a website that feels 100% personalised to you and your brand but since we're starting with a template we're able to avoid the custom price tag and timeline. It's a great fit for those who are at the start of their business journey and in need of the perfect online home to establish themselves in their industry.
Both packages have the option to add the branding kit and copywriting package, additional pages and other enticing extras, we can discuss the scope of your custom build on your discovery call.
We typically use the hosting platform Showit to design and build your website. Showit is a subscription-based platform, so you will need to sign up for a paid Showit hosting account ($19-39/mo.) This subscription will cover your hosting cost and access to the Showit builder so you don't have to pay a second hosting cost to another provider. Everything is all-in-one! You will provide us your login details and we will link your domain and hosting accounts ahead of launch.
If you'd prefer to use a different hosting platform, or already have a site built eslewhere, we also work frequently with Shopify, Wordpress, Squarespace, WIX and Kajabi, plus others. We’ll get your website ready for launch, manage your website hosting, maintenance, SEO and can set up or carry over your Google Analytics.
All you have to do is rely on us to get you over the finish line.
From there, we always include 1-hour Showit training sessions to get you up to speed and can help you manage any ongoing needs for your website.
After handover we can support you for one-off projects on a half day/full day rate basis or for on-going monthly support with our Marketing Retainers

However, we will always make sure the end product is reflective of your brand and caters to your ideal client.
Our collaborative, phased-approach is designed to ensure you are completely in love with your final product. We strategically build in steps to make sure we are in flow with your vision. You can expect plenty of Whatsap, Email and Zoom comms to weigh in throughout our creative process.

Most of our website design packages will have us work together for four to six weeks, but make sure to schedule some time in your calendar before our project starts to complete your pre-website homework.
We typically recommend planning 1-2 weeks for this process before your scheduled kick off call as you will need to plan for enough time to write your website content, organise your brand/personal images, and set up your domain/ Showit hosting account.
During your website build you should be available for approx 30 mins each week (Monday-Friday) to answer any questions we may have, review our work and provide feedback.
We believe in giving each website our full attention and personalising every part of the process, so we only take on 3-4 website clients every month. With that said, we usually book website projects anywhere from 2-4 weeks in advance so if you are thinking about wanting to explore a partnership, let’s talk about it early!
We believe website packages should be as unique as our clients and their websites.
While all of our packages can be customised, they start at £1,500 because of their value to you and your business as well as the amount of time and strategy we put into each client.
The best investments are made with ease and confidence so if that looks like splitting our package into multiple payments, we’re more than happy to accommodate you. We can offer monthly payment splits, we just add £50 to each split to cover admin fees.
